Communication is the lifeblood of any organization. Whereas business communication differs from regular communication. As managers we will be communicating more with stakeholders of the organization. Communication within the organization, between colleagues or between departments so definitely communication matters. Managers who are performing the roles like marketing manager, customer associate, public relations, brand management, customer care, corporate communications, advertising and event management require business communication skills. Keeping in the mind of many career opportunities and to meet the industry requirements beyond the curriculum we train the students in the skills like writing, listening and speaking. The training is incorporated in the curriculum by means of class room activities and exercises.
