Grievance Redressal Cell

Bheemi Reddy Institute of Management Science has Grievance Redressal Cell to redress the grievance of students, faculty, non-teaching staff and parents. Any stakeholder can approach the cell with grievances regarding academic matters, facilities, library, transportation and other services.

Objective of the Grievance Redressal Cell:

“To treat all the stakeholders of the college fairly at all times” All queries   /complaints /grievances, raised by stakeholders are dealt with accuracy and resolved in time”.

Role & Functions of our Grievance Redressal Cell:

 Ensuring strife free atmosphere in the College

 Encouraging the Students to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.

 Suggestion / complaint Box is installed in the strategic locations of the college campus

Advising all teaching/non-teaching staff to be affectionate to the Students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.

 Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and outside the institution. Any violation of ragging and disciplinary rules should be urgently brought to the notice of the cell.

Functions:

Upon the receipt of grievance from the stakeholder, cases will be attended properly. After review of the case will act as per the policy and action report will be given to the authority. The cell will assure that the grievance has been solved properly in a stipulated time provided by the cell.

Scope of the Cell:

The cell will deal with Grievances received in writing/online from the

Stakeholders about any of the following matters:

·         Academic Matters

·         Financial Matters

·         Transportation Matters

·         Facilities Matters

·         Other Matters

Procedure for lodging Grievance:

The stakeholder may feel free to put up a grievance written/online. A form will be provided through the office for lodging written grievance. Stakeholder also can submit the grievance through our online form.
